“Webstore” is developed by Njom International AB and functions as a restaurant website. It is an application for restaurant customers to order food from restaurants online. The restaurant is responsible for the content, menu and the prices on the webstore. Thus the consumers should contact the restaurant directly in case of any issues.

Restaurant customers

All personal data at the time of purchase must be correct and belong to the person who orders the products. Njom International AB as webstore developer, is not responsible for non-delivery due to insufficient or incorrect information in the order.

If the customer has complaints about individual products, the customer should contact the restaurant directly.

Interruptions and faults

Njom as developer for Webstore is not responsible for service interruptions or other problems due to errors beyond our control.

Njom does not bear responsibility for errors, caused by configuration changes.

Payment

The restaurant can offer its customers to pay with credit card via the Webstore. All orders via the Webstore are binding. All prices on the webstore are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Receipts and a VAT specification are sent by e-mail from each restaurant to the customers.

The payment service is free for the customers. The customers pay directly to the restaurant account via webstore with no extra cost. For further information, see the restaurant’s menu and checkout.

Delivery

For particularly long delivery times, the restaurant has the ultimate responsibility to inform the customer.

Return Policy

The sale of food via Webstore is not covered by the right of withdrawal under the distance contract law (Act 2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises). You can read more about the right of withdrawal and what products and services are exempt from the right of withdrawal on the Consumer Agency’s website (Konsumentverkets hemsida).

Changes in Terms

Njom is entitled to change these terms without prior approval. The restaurant informs its customers about the change on the webstore. The information is available on the website for the restaurant.
